Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.

Who we are

THE LED SIGN & PRINT LTD (company no. 11011336), Unit 2a, 11-15 Francis Avenue, Bournemouth BH11 8NX, is responsible for the personal information you send us. You can contact us at info@theledsign.co.uk or 07470 906 688.

What we collect

When you use the quote form we receive your name, the phone number and/or email address you give, your business postcode if you add it, and what you tell us about the sign or print you need. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you choose to share there, including any photos.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. The lawful basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it, and if you become a customer, the contract with you. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How the form works

The quote form sends your details to us by email. The website itself doesn't store them. The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and longer only where we have to keep records for a job we carried out.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by contacting us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
